My name is Ara. Have you ever wondered why you do what you do?
Why you’re here, when you’d rather be there?
I have. So I started writing about it. And I’ve discovered a lot about what motivates me and probably what motivates you, too.
I write about how to work and lead more powerfully. Your life is a grand experiment full of chances for creation and learning. And it is meant to be shared with everyone you meet.
I’d like to be one of those people, so subscribe to my blog. I look forward to starting a conversation!

I’m a life-long learner. My interest in personal wellness started at the University of Toledo College of Medicine where I studied Human Behavior and Public Health, and received my Master of Public Health in 2003.
