I have. So I started writing about it. And I’ve discovered a lot about what motivates me and probably what motivates you, too.

I write about how to work and lead more powerfully. Your life is a grand experiment full of chances for creation and learning. And it is meant to be shared with everyone you meet.

A little more about me

I’m a life-long learner.  My interest in personal wellness started at the University of Toledo College of Medicine where I studied Human Behavior and Public Health, and received my Master of Public Health in 2003.
